Chili Cook-Off

Chapter Chili Cook-off Details:  

Saturday, January 18, 2025 3:00 - 5:30 - Immediately following the Road Captain meeting from 12:30-3:00

 
Families are welcome. Please RSVP on HOG[SCAN]. We need Plus 1's on Facebook or at [email protected]


A Chili entry is NOT REQUIRED to attend the event.  We need tasters and judges too!

  
For those attending the Road Captain meeting with an entry or a side, we will set it up for you.  
If you are arriving for the cook-off ONLY, please arrive between 2:30 and 3:00 so we can set up your entry without disturbing the RC discussion.

Side salads, cornbread, muffins, or desserts are also welcome, please let us know. 
Soda and water will be provided.  Bring your cooler of beer for palate cleansing, or any other beverage of choice.    

 

For the Chefs:

Send your entry details to Susie at [email protected].  Please include the name of your concoction.  
Bring your chili in a crockpot or warmer covered, so we can keep your identity anonymous upon arrival.  


We will also provide a basic condiment bar, with chips, sour cream, chopped onions, etc., as well as cold drinks and water.


BYOB for palette cleansing between samples!  [😜]


Votes will be counted by a trusted source, and in case of a tie, we will have our Celebrity panel of judges, our Primary officers, cast the tie-breaking votes!
